Talia Carlson, Producer

Talia Carlson is currently a second-year PharmD student at the University of North Carolina Eshelman School of Pharmacy.

Originally from Gainesville, Florida, she attended Emory University for her undergraduate studies, and graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience & Behavioral Biology.

Before coming to UNC ESOP, Talia worked as a Clinical Consultant at Cloudmed, an R1 company. At Cloudmed, she executed targeted audits of claims data for hospitals and health systems according to medical coding guidelines and payor-provider contracts.
At UNC ESOP, Talia is the President-Elect of the North Carolina Association of Pharmacists, the Director of Professional Programming for the Industry Pharmacists Organization, a volunteer for the Student Health Action Coalition clinic, a member of the American Pharmacists Association, and a member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists.

​Her professional interests include oncology and  transplant therapeutics, marketing strategy and business development.
